  • Learn and practice pranayama ( breathing exercises) for your health.

  • lesson 1 - what is pranayama and how it can harness your health - we will learn 3 methods of pranayama to enhance our vital force energy.

  • lesson 2 - how pranayama can be used to calm the mind - we will practice pranayama as a guide to meditation practice.

  • lesson 3 - the importance of bandhas and how this practice enhances purification of the body.

  • We will begin and end with fresh herbal tea to enhance purification.

Conditions - A health question form will be sent out to you for me to understand of any contraindications or circumstances that would make particular breathing exercises unsafe.
