Small Group Yoga Classes

Small Group Yoga Classes are limited to 4 participants for unique and individual care. These classes are typically conducted in 4 - 5 week blocks, with a one - week break in between. Class style is Yoga healing with gentle moves, relax and restore.

Currently 2 classes are on offer -

Friday’s at 9.30am and Wednesday evening at 7.30pm.

Yoga encourages understanding and self realisation of your body and mind. The classes are a unique blend of all that Trish has learned about yoga and healthy living over the 15 years she has been teaching.
